Edward Groce (Garrett) is a Columbus native and the son of Doug Duncan, one of the owners and principal brokers of Coldwell Banker – KPDD, the largest real estate brokerage company in the Chattahoochee Valley area.

Garrett graduated from Columbus High School in 2001 and then went to Georgia Tech on a baseball scholarship. After a brief career playing professional baseball in the Tampa Rays Organization, Garrett moved back to Columbus and began his Real Estate career in 2008. He met and married his wife, Delaney, in 2010.

While building his traditional business, Garrett (along with his wife Delaney) spent the first 5 years of his real estate career working REO business for large banks like Fannie Mae, Wells Fargo, Regions, and others. This garnered him an extensive amount of experience with property valuations via BPO’s (Broker Price Opinions) as well as a significant amount of actual transactions. In fact, Garrett, first in his partnership with his wife and then in his partnership with Paul Fincher, has won the “most sales closed” award by a team or partnership for Coldwell Banker – KPDD for the last 6 years running.

Along with his wife, he is the proud father of three children. He is an active member at CrossPointe Church, where he is very involved with foreign missions and the usher team as well as various small groups and Bible studies. He is also a member of the Green Island County Club where he routinely spends time relaxing, playing golf, and networking with community leaders. He is driven and competitive and enjoys golf and the outdoors.
